As a Form of Great Immensity and Understanding

by Charm Chandler

I. from heaven

Intuition pours itself as darkness from a decanter. In the received vessel—a glass swan—it expands
into the cosmos and transforms into a paradox, and from sight to mind, love.

This is the interaction of divine mortality. How meaning stretches itself from the source in the
spacetime of distant realities. Diluted into present consciousness, which takes the form of glass
marbles, the kind that when placed by soft light, enjoys a brief glimpse of the human mind.

Imagine a white grid with black lines, a single marble on a piece of paper that expands continuously.
This is the eternal duration. The punctiform.

II. to earth

Wading in the darkness, the anthropocene paces back and forth in a dialect: a debate about the order
of love, and whether its contours are recognizable. It is all glossolalia, and each answer enfolds
impressions of birds singing.

The proximity between human and Earth is just love and impossibility. That the mind construes,
that the mind ponders, is a blur, a timelapse, and a transfer of depth. Whenever we receive such
messages from the distinct slipping, we ought to remember this.

Do you remember the white grid? The single marble? It has not yet moved, but the paper is still
expanding.
