Amelia Moriarty

Amelia Moriarty is a writer and illustrator from Vermont. Her writing has appeared in New Sinews, Midcult, Maudlin House, Poetries in English, among others. A nominee for The Best American Essays 2026 and a finalist for the New Writers Flash Fiction Competition, she is currently pursuing an MA in comparative literature at the Sorbonne in Paris while completing her first novel. Having spent her childhood in the woods, Amelia now lives and works between international cities, seeking harmony with her environment through inner stillness.
